Oscar was Choctaw.
Oscar Roebuck is one of twins.

Oscar was born 15 Nov 1887 at Nelson, Kiamichi, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of Benjamin Roebuck and Nancy Taylor. Oscar passed away 31 Aug 1962 at Soper, Choctaw, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Soper Cemetery, Soper, Choctaw County, Oklahoma.[2]
