Biography

Harry Victor Rogers was born on 8 June 1869 in Nottingham. He was the son of Charles Rogers and Eliza Ann Woodroffe.

In 1871,^[1] he lived with his family in Nottingham.

On 19 December 1898 at St Matthew's Church, West Ham, Essex, he married Blanche Mary Malcolm.

Harry and Blanche had the following chidren:

1. Alfred Malcolm Rogers m Eliza Jane Duffy
2. Grace Woodroffe Rogers died unmarried
3. Alexander Charles Rogers m Elsie Marjorie Spencer
4. John Victor Rogers m Annie Marjorie Trueman
5. Leonard Harry Rogers m Elsie Hextall

In 1911, he lived with his family at Elston, Nottinghamshire. Harry was a laundry manager.^[2]

He passed away on 12 June 1949 at "The Beeches", 2 May St, Cotmanhay, Derbyshire.^[3]
