Sarah (Rook) Motson was born in Lincolnshire, England.
Sarah was baptised in 1830 in Swineshead, Lincolnshire, England. She was the daughter of William and Eleanor Rook.[1]
At the time of the 1851 census Sarah worked as a domestic servant for the Jessop family in Swineshead.[2]
She married William Motson in 1855 in Swineshead, Lincolnshire.[3][4] The family lived in Swineshead, where William worked as a farm labourer.[5][6][7][8][9]
Sarah died in 1909 at the age of 77[10] and was buried in Swineshead.[11]
