Research Notes

Margaret (Marshall) Crooks (abt.1845-1923) has a nephew "G. Ross" that might be him , considering Hugh B. Ferguson is also a cousin, and - the townland is the same. I don't see the relationship yet though.

Not sure who "Archie Crooks" in the obituary is -- James Archer Crooks (1863-) and Archer Crooks (1873-bef.1943) had both emigrated.

"Marshall Crooks" could be William Marshall Crooks (1909-) or John Marshall Crooks (abt.1884-).
