Edla Christina Rossbeck was born on January 15, 1866 in Prästhytttan in Västerfärnebo parish, Västmanland, Sweden.[1][2][3]
She passed away in 1940. Great Grandma Edla and Great Grandpa Sven Immigrated from Sweden in about 1906.
The parish record from Hedemora, where they lived at the time of their emigration, lists the following children:[4]
Simeon Fredrik, 1886
David Berthold, 1888
Rut Judit Rosina, 1890
Meschen Lars Daniel, 1892
Amy Betty Matilda, 1894
Anna Charlotta Kristina, 1896
Sten Helge Hezekiel, 1898
Sven John Gunnar, 1900
Lydia Fredrika Magdalena, 1902
Finn Sam Diantus, 1904
They do not seem to have left all at the same time: Sven Blomgren and the older children left in March 1906, while Elna and the younger children left in July 1906. Simeon Fredrik appears twice on the page because he left the household and came back. He did not leave together with the others.
