Biography

Rita was born in 1921. She was the daughter of Édouard Routhier and Adeline Bernard.

She was baptized on 19 Sep 1921 at St. Raphael Parish in Manchester, Hillsborough, NH, USA. Her godparents were listed as George Bernard and Angeline Bruard.

On 25 Jan 1941, Rita married Oscar James Carter at St. Raphael Church in Manchester.

Rita passed away in 2008 at Hackett Hill Nursing Home. She was interred with her husband at Mount Calvary Cemetery's mausoleum in the Chapel of St. Joseph section.
