John Rowe was born on February 17, 1821 in Cornwall, England. His parents were James Rowe (1790 - 1856) and Elizabeth (Eddy) Rowe (1800 - 1863).
He was baptised at Ludgvan on the 4 March 1821. [1]
He married Eliza Carbis in Ludgvan on the 3 March 1846. [2]
John died in Cornwall.
