Biography

Andrew Rowe served as Conservative Party MP for Mid Kent from 1983 to 1997 and its successor constituency Faversham and Mid Kent from 1997 until he stepped down in 2001.^[1]

Andrew John Bernard Rowe was born in 1935. Andrew's birth was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1935 in the Finsbury district.^[2] He was educated at Eton College and Merton College, Oxford.

Andrew's marriage to Sheila L Rowe was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1983 in the Camberwell district.^[3]
