Biography
John Henry was born in 1840. [1] He was the son of Sarah nee Bloomer and John Rowe.. He was baptised on 27 July 1840 in St Philip, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.[2][3]
His emigrated to NZ as an infant with his parents, but his father died at sea in 1841. He married Ada Smart in 1861 [4] He passed away in 1867 age 27
DEATH. Rowe. —September 11, at his residence, Tasman street, the Wood, Mr. J. H. Rowe, aged 27 years.[5]
