Biography
William was born in 1867, son of Richard Rowley and Mary Ann Ray. He married Sarah Eliza (Ida) Lee in 1893 and they had eight children:

- Richard Lee, 9 Apr 1895-1974 m. Julia Reese
- William Clair, 11 Apr 1897-1973 m Roberta Benson
- Jesse, 20 Aug 1899-1960 m Vera Tracy Clark

- Milo Foscue, 3 Oct 1907-1980, m. Wanda Armstrong
- Elva, 14 Apr 1915- m. Clair Dalton Whitney
