Biography

William was born in 1867, son of Richard Rowley and Mary Ann Ray. He married Sarah Eliza (Ida) Lee in 1893 and they had eight children:

  1. Mary Ellen, 24 Oct 1893-1894
  2. Richard Lee, 9 Apr 1895-1974 m. Julia Reese
  3. William Clair, 11 Apr 1897-1973 m Roberta Benson
  4. Jesse, 20 Aug 1899-1960 m Vera Tracy Clark
  5. Eva, 17 Jan 1902-1808
  6. Ray. 13 Apr 1905-1929
  7. Milo Foscue, 3 Oct 1907-1980, m. Wanda Armstrong
  8. Elva, 14 Apr 1915- m. Clair Dalton Whitney

He passed away in 1953.
