Biography
Marie Josephe Roy was born on 30 Dec 1772 and baptized the following day in Saint-Charles-Barromée, Charlesbourg, Province of Québec. Her parents were Jean Roy and Marie Parent.[1]
Josephe Roy married Augustin Durbois, son of Augustin Durbois and Marie Anne Matte, on 28 Jul 1795 in Saint-Joseph, Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce.[2]
Josephte Roy, widow of Augustin Durbois, passed away on 13 Dec 1835 being given the age of around 66 years old on the record. Her burial was two days later in Sainte-Marie, Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce, Bas-Canasa..
