Biography
Maria was born in 1776, daughter of Christian and Anna Nancy (Stohler) Royer.[1]
About 1799, she married John Shank. They had eight children:[2]

- David (b-1811)
- Henry (b-1813)
- Daniel (b-1817)
- Michael (b-1820)
Maria passed away in 1848.
