Biography
George Rubert, son of Jacob and Harriet (Taylor) Rubert, was born in 1865 in Monroe County, Michigan. [1]
He married Loretta Lane, daughter of Lewis and Melissa (Perkins) Lane, on 30 March 1889 at Grass Lake, Jackson County, Michigan.[1]
George was a delivery clerk for groceries when he and Loretta appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan.[2]
George died in 1934 probably in Jackson County, Michigan, and was buried at Woodland Cemetery, Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan. His memorial has a photo of his headstone.[3]
