• I don't know what Jame's death date , but we can't find him after his 1889 marriage, so we've listed his death date after 1889.

Biography

James was born about 1869. He was the son of Marcus Rucks and Elizabeth Gilbert and was shown as a 1 year old in their 1870 census household.

James married Julia A. Harper on 8 June 1889 in Dekalb County, Alabama. He hasn't yet been located in the 1900 census, or later.
