Biography
Marguerite Ruel was born on December 7, 1785 in Saint-Gervais, Province de Québec, daughter of Jean Baptiste Ruel (1763–1843) and Marie Barbe Asselin (1765–1826).[1]
Marguerite (36) married Charles Couture (48) (born on November 25, 1773 in Pointe-de-Lévy, Province de Québec; son of Charles Couture dit Bellerive and Geneviève Marchand) on July 8, 1822 in Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, Bas-Canada. [2]
Marguerite died on April 6, 1868 in Saint-Anselme, Québec, Canada, aged 82.[3]
