Biography

Rosa was born about 1869 in Panola County, Mississippi, United States. She was the daughter of James Drury Ruffin and Mary Haywood (Brahan) Ruffin.[1]

She married Lorenzo Dow Carlton on 28 Nov 1888 in Panola County, Mississippi.[2]

Rosa died in 1923 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Sardis, Panola County, Mississippi, United States.[3]
