Biography

Thomas was born in 1856 and baptised at Battisford on 3 July 1859. He was the son of Samuel Ruffles and Emma Cobbold.^[1][2]

He married Elizabeth Pryke in 1878.^[3]

Thomas died in 1919.^[4]
