Biography

William was a Friend (Quaker)

Born to Timothy and Sarah Russell on 15 Jan 1774, William married Martha Edwards in North Carolina on 18 Oct 1798. They were the parents of four children before being disowned by the New Garden Monthly Meeting of Friends in 1812 and 1813.
