- Walter Percival Russum (1882-1951) was the son of Walter George Russum and Jane Skelsey (m: 1877 Thorne West Riding of Yorkshire).
- He served in WW1 when he attained the rank of Lieut. wth the Royal Garrison Artillery Regiment.
- He married Ada Roe was the daughter of Arthur Roe and Alice Eales on the 21st of January 1920 in Holy Trinity Church, Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
- He died aged 68 on the 30th of January 1951 at 52, Alexandra Road, Southport, Lancashire, England
