Alex was Choctaw.

Alex was born 3 Dec 1899 at Davis, Chickasaw District, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory [2], the son of John Sadler and Metta Wolf. Alex passed away 13 Apr 1958 at Wynnewood, Garvin, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Green Hill Cemetery, Davis, Murray County, Oklahoma.[3]
