Biography

Ruth was born in 1894. She was the daughter of Abraham Salsbury and Emma Perkins.

She was living with her parents and siblings in Otto, Cattaraugus, New York in 1905, 1910 and 1920.^[1][2][3]

After her father's death in 1920, she continued to live with her widowed mother. They were in Otto in 1930 and 1940.^[4][5]

She passed away in 1985.^[6] According to her obituary, she had been the tax collector for the town of Otto for 61 years.^[7]
