Biography

Nathaniel Saltonstall was born on December 18, 1776 in New London, New London, Connecticut, United States, son of Nathaniel Saltonstall (~1727–1807) and Lucretia Latimer (~1748–~1822).^[1][2]

Nathaniel (23) married Lucretia Lanpheer (18) (born on October 4, 1781; daughter of James (Lanphear) Lanphier Jr. and Grace (Deshon) Lanphier) on May 22, 1800.^[3] Their Children were:

• Eliza Lucretia Saltonstall(1802-1896)^[4]
• Mary Saltonstall (~1818– ).

Nathaniel died on August 16, 1859 in New London, aged 82.
