Helen was born about 1914 in Kansas City, Missouri.[1][2] She was the daughter of Margaret R. Unknown and step-daughter of Peter H. Farrell.[1] She married Thomas Francis Grogan after her trip to Bermuda in 1938 and before 1940.[2][3] Helen died in 1999 at age 85 in Union New Jersey.[4]
