Research Notes
Councell-32: I did not find any records for Eliza except for the 1870 census. That census did not list the relationships between household members so the relationships are inferred. Likewise, Eliza's status during the time of slavery is unknown, but there is strong evidence that the other members of her family were enslaved, so she most likely was as well.
