Laura was daughter of William Hurley Saunders and Mary Isaphine (Manwaring) Saunders.

1st marriage to Francis Burdick on 20 NOV 1930 in Canterbury, Connecticut.[1]
They had one son, Ronald Hurley (1931-2017).
2nd marriage to William Hurlburt on 22 MAY 1946 in East Lyme, Connecticut.[1]
She passed away about 2001.[2]
