Biography
Alice Amanda Schiefelbein was born on 7 Mar 1907 in Sauk County, Wisconsin to parents William F Godfrey Schiefelbein and Anna Louise Kroll. Her mother Anna and brother Willie both died from burns suffered in a kerosene explosion in the home in October 1919.[1] She first married Joseph John Greenwood in 1926 and the following year gave birth to Joseph Byron Greenwood. Joseph John was the brother of Ella May Greenwood, whom married Alice's brother, Harold. She later married her second husband Walter A Harms who died in 1971. Alice lived in Marshfield, Wisconsin, taken care by her son Joseph until she passed away on 27 Dec 1995.[2]
