William Sellers was a native of York, Maine, and was born in 1775. He came here early with his father, Mr. William Sellers .... The sisters [of Wm. born 1775] were the wives of Mr. Thomas Conary, 2d, Mr. Ebenezer Jordan, Mr. Stephen Dow, and she was the third wife of Mr. Stephen Babbidge. The other was the first wife of Captain James Torrey.
