Census 1911: Living with her parents and brother Carill in Portsmouth, Southsea, Hampshire, England. Aged 4. Also in the household was her grandmother Ada Studdy, her two uncles Hugh and Raymond Studdy, and one servant. Her father was a Captain in the Royal Marine Artillery.

In early 1912 her father travelled to Canada where he was to be a Farmer. Lettice travelled with her mother and brother Quebec, Canada in May 1912 on board the Ascania to join him.

Lettice passed away in 1993 at the age of 87, unmarried. She was a Social Worker and died at St Vincent's Hospital.
