Biography

Edgar was born in Quebec, Canada in August of 1870^[1][2], the son of Edgar Sydney Shaw and Seraph Glidden Wilcox.^[3] In the 1930 census^[4] he gives his year of immigration as 1890 and is listed as a naturalized citizen. He married Agnes in Vermont in 1899.^[5] They had one son, Donald, born 1904 in New Hampshire. Edgar was a printer. He died in 1937.
