Biography

Ida Gertrude Shearouse was born on January 9, 1912.[1] She was the daughter of William Shearouse and Gertrude Kessler. [2]

Ida married first George C. Zipperer on November 21, 1929 in Ridgeland, South Carolina.[3]

Ida married next, Henry Andrew Potter on May 22, 1937 in Darlington County, South Carolina.[4] They lived in Norfolk Virginia.[5]

Ida died on March 9, 1999 and is buried in Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville (Duval County), Florida.[2]

Notes

The FindAGrave memorial has Ida's birth date as January 9, 1913[2] however her social security record and various censuses indicate she was born in 1912.
