Biography
Son of Jeremiah S. & Unknown Sherwood - He married Lucy Leavenworth 1822 in Charlotte, VT and had eight children.
Isaac was a clothier & ran a woolen factory in Hinesburg, VT for a few years, then went to Burlington, VT and kept an auction store. He was in the auction and commission business with his son Edwin. He was Deputy Sheriff of Chittenden Co., VT for several years. About 1855 he removed west to WI.
