Isaac was born i9 Jan 1891 at McGee, Pontotoc, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of Thomas Patterson Shi and
Frances (Garvin. Isaac passed away 10 Mar 1961 at Murray County, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Oaklawn Cemetery, Leeper Township, Murray County, Oklahoma.[2]
On 30 September 1903, Thomas P. Shi was appointed Guardian of his son Isaac by the Probate Court of Pontotoc County, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory.[3]
The court noted that Isaac was the son of Thomas P. Shi and Fannie Garvin Shi.[4]
