Mr. and Mrs. Shipton, the parents of the bride, for sometime lived in Mudgee, where Mr.Shipton conducted and made a great success of the Grammar School, which he subsequently sold to Mr. W. C. Carter, who has now, at Hornsby, one of the largest private schools in the State. Recently we met -Mrs. Shipton. at Merriwa, where she was spending a holiday with her sister, who is the wife of Sergeant Matthew in charge of the police station in the town. Amongst the many friends of the Shipton family and Mr. and Mrs, W. H. Langbridge and the Guardian proprietary. We wish Lieutenant and Mrs.Redgrove much happiness and prosperity.
