In the 1850 census Ezekiel (age 74), Farmer, was in District 7, Boone, Indiana, United States.^[1]

From Find A Grave: They were the parents of six children, viz. : Dickerson, Elias, Benjamin, Maria, Amelia and James, all deceased with the exception of [James]. The remains of Mr. and Mrs. Shirley were interred in Mount Tabor cemetery, both having died in the Baptist faith...."
