Samuel Glasgow Simpson was born 21 Feb 1887 in Peru, Nemaha, Nebraska to Glasgow-1839 and Simpson-21349.[1]
On January 19, 1912, he married Olive Blanch Manning in Deadwood, Lawrence, South Dakota.[2]
They had four children, only three of whom survived to adulthood.
In 1917 he moved to Oregon with his brother Wilson and their families so that Wilson and Sam could work in the naval shipyards for WWI.
Sam died of coronary thrombosis on Sep 12, 1950 in Ashland, Jackson, Oregon[3]
He is buried in Klamath Memorial Park in Klamath Falls, Oregon.[4]
