Nancy Simpson AKA Sampson^[1] AKA Sanderson

Origin

Nancy was born 9 March 1795 (or c. 1791) in Virginia.^[1] Her parents are unknown. In fact there is confusion about her maiden name, variously said to be Simpson, Sampson, or Sanderson.^[1][2]

Family

Nancy married to Richard Cundiff, son of George Somer Cundiff and Dinah Lafayette Ayres.^[1] Richard died 22 September 1847 in Pulaksi County, Kentucky.^[1] Possible marriage: 22 April 1816 ,Bedford, Virginia.^{[citation needed][2]}

Death and Legacy

Nancy died 30 November 1875 in Pulaksi County, Kentucky at age 80, and was buried in the Cundiff Cemetery, No. 1, Pulaski County, Kentucky, with her husband.^[1]
