Chester Ray Sinclair Sr was born on 21 Feb 1937 in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio, United States, son of Elmer Ray Sinclair (1906 - 1975) and Emma Lee McQueary (1907 - 1975).

SFC Chester R. Sinclair, SR, U.S. Army Retired, age 79, passed away on August 14, 2016. He was born on February 21, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Emma McQueary and Elmer Sinclair. He was a lifetime member of the Converse Volunteer Fire Department in Converse, Texas as a fireman and an EMT. SFC Sinclair also served in Korea and did two tours in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Dona Sinclair. Chester is survived by his daughters, Brenda L and Barbara J Sinclair and sons, Chester R, Jr and Ricky L Sinclair, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren all from San Antonio, Texas. Survived also by one brother, Lewis Sinclair from Tompkinsville, Kentucky and two sisters, Alberta Sinclair and Lou Ellen Cruey, both from Cincinnati, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.
