Julia Ann Skehan was born on 15 Aug 1887 in Huyton Quarry, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, twin sister of Agnes Mary Skehan. Her parents were William Skehan and Julia Allen.

She married Hugh Quinn in 1912.

She died in 1951.
