I Sarah Pyle being in a poor state of health . . .

• to my daughter Sarah Pyle my small dressing box and all the rest of my estate of what kind or nature to be equally divided amongst my 5 daughters to wit: Betty Thomas, the widow of Henry Thomas, deceased; Edith Smith, the wife of John Smith; Mary Thomas, widow of John Thomas, deceased; Abigail Echoff, wife of Samuel Echoff and the aforesaid Sarah Pyle, wife of Ralph Pyle.
• if any of my daughters should depart this life before me then their share of my estate shall descend to the heirs of such daughters.
• I appoint Samuel Echoff the executor of my will.
