She married firstly Major Turner Macan on the 14th of November 1822 in St John's Church, Fort William, Kolkata, India. They had two children, Caroline Nesbit and Turner Arthur Macan. Major Turner Macan died on the 24 Jul 1836 in Calcutta, India.
She married secondly on the 5th of November 1845 at St. James's, Westminster, William Henry Whitbread, son of the brewer Samuel Whitbread and his wife Lady Elizabeth Grey. The had no children.
She died aged 76 in 1871 at London.
