Arza Odell Snook was born on May 6, 1864 in Gratiot, Michigan, United States, son of John S Snook (1814–1873) and Julia Ann Burnham (1829–1904).

In 1880, Arza was living in household of his step-father, Alexander Chisholm (55 years), in Lafayette Township, Gratiot, Michigan, United States. He was born in Michigan. ^[1]

Arza died on July 27, 1938 in Manatee, aged 74. He is commemorated at Major Adams Cemetery, Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida.^{[2] [3] [4]}
