Biography

John Tanton Somerville was born at Quincy, Massachusetts, 15 Jul 1910, the son of Newton Wesley Somerville and Edna Gertrude Folland; ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]} died as a result of an automobile accident at Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 2 May 1970. ^{[2] [5] [6]} According to his wife's cemetery card, he is buried in the Southside Cemetery, Skowhegan, Maine. ^[7]

He married, probably at Boston, in 1934, Marjorie Amanda Gould. ^{[8] [5]}
