Hannah married Anthony Smith (born on 10 February 1753 in Monmouth, Province of New Jersey; son of Anthony Thomas Smith Sr. and Lydia (Willets) Smith). Their known children were:

Hannah died in June 1838 in Monroe County, Ohio, United States, aged 74 and is buried in Pioneer Cemetery, Woodsfield, Monroe County, Ohio.[1]
