Biography

Robert Speir was born on March 18, 1793 in Ballston, Saratoga, New York, United States, son of Archibald Speir (1762–1839) and Janet Bradford (1773–1843).[1]

Robert's first marriage was to Nancy Smith on January 14, 1819.[1] Nancy died a few years later.

Robert's second marriage was to Jennet Wilson (29) (born on March 25, 1795 in Saratoga County, New York; daughter of John Wilson and Margaret (Speir) Wilson) on December 24, 1824 in New York. [1]

Robert died on October 9, 1836 in Saratoga County, New York, aged 43.[1]
