ADA SPENCER WATKINS, the widow of Clarence Benjamin Watkins, and the daughter of the late Nick and Ora Bowman Spencer, was born in Lee County, Kentucky on April 3, 1924 and departed this life in Beattyville, Kentucky on February 19, 2011 at the age of 86 years, 10 months and 16 days. She was a retired Headstart Teacher and homemaker, and was a member of the Beattyville Baptist Church.
