Thomas married Elisabeth Bugbord in 1769 in Rickmansworth, and they raised a family there over the next 20 years.
But no Rickmansworth baptism record found, nor any burial record. However see Research Notes.
In addition to the children profiled as of Jan 2021, there were a number of others baptised in Rickmansworth in this period with parents Thomas and Elisabeth:
1781, William: https://www.findmypast.co.uk/transcript?id=R_964185400
1783, Ann: https://www.findmypast.co.uk/transcript?id=R_964181778
1784, Joseph: https://www.findmypast.co.uk/transcript?id=R_964187072
1790, George: https://www.findmypast.co.uk/transcript?id=R_964183432
Birth date not supported by any sources - there is no local record on findmypast.
There is a 1738 Willian record for a baptsim. But thisstrongly suggests an out of wedlock child for a Martha Spicer ('the spurious son', ' privately baptised'!), no sign of a husband George (or any husband). And Martha most probably married in 1743, to William Field: https://www.findmypast.co.uk/transcript?id=GBPRS%2FM%2F73085564%2F2
And Willian is the opposite end of Hertfordshire, so no reason to connect this to the person marrying in Rickmansworth in 1769.
There is though a 1819 burial at St Mary's, Watford, for a Thomas Spicer born in 1739: https://www.findmypast.co.uk/transcript?id=GBPRS%2FD%2F72755289. Watford is next door to Rickmansworth, but the profile has 1790 as the death date, with no source.
