Biography

Eliza A. Spoon was born June 16, 1835 in Fayette, Seneca County, New York. She was the daughter of Daniel and Polly (Hoster) Spoon. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]}

She married William R. Olmsted about 1863 in Fayette, Seneca County, New York. Their children were:

1. Minnie E. Shannon (1864-1932) ^[5]
2. Emma Frances Olmsted Keutter (1865-1940)
3. Burton H. Olmsted (1870-1946)
4. Jennie M. Olmsted (1873-unknown)

William died in 1892. In 1900, she was in the household of her daughter Emma F. Kreutter in Varick, Seneca County, New York.

Eliza Olmsted died February 6, 1905 in Varick, Seneca County, New York. She is buried in the Fayette Rural Cemetery in Fayette. ^{[6] [7]}
