Mary Elizabeth Spradley was born on 8 Nov 1846 in Jefferson, Alabama to John William Spradley and Nancy Blackman. She married Asa Amos Goodwin on 31 Dec 1874 in Shelby, Alabama. Children: William Asa Edward (Ed), William Houston, Georgia, Mary Emily, Ulysses Fredrick (Fred), Horace Oliver, Wylie Malone, Hattie, Eva, Audrah L (Audie). She died on 9 Nov 1893 in Sterrett, Alabama.
