Biography
Arthur's birth was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1872 in the Aylesbury district.[1] In the 1881 census Arthur (age 9) was the single son of Charles Spraggs in Cambridge St, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England.[2] In the 1891 census Arthur (age 19) was the single son of Mary Ann Spragg in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England.[3]
