Notes

(Research):Hi Bev!

Nice to finally hear from you again. Jacob Brandow and his wife Charlotte Ann,
actually just Ann, her sister was Charlotte, are mine. Neither of them was native,
actually most of the people buried on that half of the cemetery are white. The cemetery
was originally St. Andrew's Anglican Cemetery, one half for white settlers of
Sheguiandah and Howland Twp., one half for natives from the Sheguiandah reserve.
Robert Brandow was the son of Jacob and Ann, and their daughter, my
GGgrandmother, Charlotte Ann (Brandow) Smith and her husband James Henry Smith
are buried nearby. Another occupant of this cemetery is Mariah Burnett, the mother of
your Mary Ann and my Moses.
Angie
Buried in her 100th year.
